Volunteers

Thank you so much for helping us with one our largest events of the year!  We could not do this without you!

Below you will find the info needed for each role.  Please read carefully and please arrive on time or earlier.

Trunk or Treat Vehicles

Trunk or Treat vehicles need to arrive and be set up no later than 5:00.  See the map below to identify where you will be parking and setting up.  Please note: For safety reasons, you will not be able to leave until the event is over.   Decorations are encouraged, but not required. 

Welcome Desk

Welcome desk volunteers please arrive by 5:15.  You will be handing out bags and taking up the canned goods.

Inflatables

Inflatable volunteers please arrive by 5:15.  Please remain at your assigned inflatable until someone arrives to replace you.  Use your discretion as to how many children are allowed at your inflatable at a time.

Parking

Parking crew, please arrive by 4:45.  We will have people begin arriving more than likely by 5.

Set Up

We will be setting up throughout the day, all day.  If you can help, just show up.  We can always use the extra hands.

Clean Up

At 8, we will begin shutting everything off.  We will need help putting up tables, trash cans, etc.  Anyone that is available to help, we sure would appreciate it.

Additional Info:

Fall Festival is our largest community outreach event of the year.  Please remember that not everyone that comes will be followers of Christ. Some of them will have never stepped foot in a church before.  This is the perfect time to show Christ's love to our community.  Have patience.  If you have a major issue, please alert one of the staff members or text Marie 601-270-0595.  

Volunteers will need to park at the cemetery.  You will not be able to drive through the church parking lot due to rides, inflatables, etc.  You may enter through Shine Bullock Road and come through the field and park behind the REC if you choose to.  Please leave the side roads, etc. available for our fall festival guests.

Vendors

Vendors: Thank you so much for coming out for our event!  Please read the following:
  • Vendors need to be in place and ready to go no later than 4:30.  You may set up as early as you like.
  • Please see the map for to identify your place.
