Growing together.
Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.
Our Preteen Ministry, The Bridge, is lead by Marie Patrick. The Bridge - serving our 4th-6th graders- was created out of the need to "bridge" the gap between our Kids and Student ministry. The Bridge Ministry's goal is to equip upper elementary students to go and share the Gospel. We don’t just want to raise a generation of Disciples, we want to raise a generation of Disciple Makers. The Bridge services are a mixture of in depth Bible lessons and fun interactive games! Ms. Marie realizes that preteens aren't quite Students, they are still kids that learn through play! Marie Patrick, Preteen Director
Teaching, Equipping and Training students is only part of our role in ministry. We want to teach, equip and train you as a parent as well. Parents carry a much bigger role in a teenagers life than any adult leader or pastor does. So what where do we start? First, I would suggest starting with encouragement. Encourage your teenager to join us on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. And with that, you should join your adult classes as well. You cannot lead anyone farther than you are yourself. Therefore, If you want to see your teenager grow to be a godly person, you must lead the way in pursuing Christ as well. Here are some resources to help you along the way.

The Tech-Wise Family
Reclaim real life in a world of technology. Making good choices about technology in our families is more than just using internet filters and determining screen-time limits for our children. It's about building character, wisdom, and courage.
Alongside in-depth research from Barna Group that shows how families are wrestling with technology's new realities, Andy Crouch takes parents beyond the typical questions of what, where, and when to show us that in a world full of devices, there's a way to choose a better life than we've imagined.

Parenting
In Parenting: 14 Gospel Principles That Can Radically Change Your Family, author Paul David Tripp explores 14 practical and gospel-centered principles that will help parents see their role through the lens of God's Word and change the way they interact with their children. Principles include grace, identity, lies, authority, foolishness, and character.
Radical
Take a transforming journey in authentic discipleship. As the pastor of a large and wealthy congregation, David Platt began to see a discrepancy between the reality of his Church and the way Jesus said His followers lived. In Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream, Platt examines how American Christianity has manipulated the gospel to fit our cultural preferences and challenges readers to rediscover the path.
Desiring God
Strengthen your relationship with God simply by enjoying him and his creation. Piper compellingly reveals why your deepest and most enduring happiness can only be found in God. Laying biblical foundations for a life of celebration, he describes how to glorify the Lord by truly desiring and enjoying him.
