Crowder  Event Volunteers

Volunteer Important Info

Thank you so much for you willingness to serve with us to make this Crowder event the best it possibly can be.  Below you will find important info concerning volunteering for the concert on Saturday.

Mandatory Meetings

We will have 2 volunteer meetings.  It is mandatory that you attend at least one if you plan on volunteering.

Wednesday at 5:30 pm in the fellowship hall
Friday at 6:00  pm  in the cafe (upstairs REC)

Arrival Day of Concert

All volunteers need to be in the cafe at 3:15 on Saturday.  We will have people begin to arrive at 4:00 and we need everyone in place.

PARKING CREW will need to be there at 3:00.

IMPORTANT INFO:
  • Volunteers are not allowed in the areas designated for use by Crowder and his crew.  These areas are only accessible to assigned security team members and BCC staff.  (This is all the backstage area and hallways downstairs.)
  • Volunteers are not to sit in the seating area unless you have purchased a ticket.  We have over 1600 people attending and all seats are for those who have purchased tickets.
  • Volunteers must remain in their assigned areas to ensure every area is taken care of and everything runs smoothly.
  • Volunteers will need to park at the cemetery.  We will have golf carts to help people get to the building if it is needed.
