SPONSORS VIP

Sponsors: If you bought a sponsorship that gives you VIP meet and greet tickets, you will need to arrive at 4:00 on Saturday.

Please enter through our upstairs outside entrance.

Once inside there will be a VIP table where you will pick up your VIP lanyards and orange bracelets. Your company name is listed on the check in sheet with the number of spots you have available.  Our volunteers will check your names off as you enter.

From there you will be guided to the meet and greet area.

Sponsors: Artist Circle Tickets

If you purchased a sponsorship with Artist Circle Tickets, you will arrive using either our upstairs or downstairs entrance.  Doors open for you at 4:30.

Tell the ticket takers that you are a sponsor and go to the box office located right inside the upstairs or downstairs doors.  Your company name is listed on a check-in sheet with the number of tickets you have.  You will receive an orange bracelet.
