Huge thank you to everyone that has already signed up to serve at Fall Fest this year!!

This will be one of largest Fall Festivals BCC has ever done and we need all hands on deck.  Below you will find the areas of service.  If you can help serve in an area please contact Marie at 601-428-7197 or 601-270-0595.

Volunteers: Please arrive and meet on the steps in front of red doors at 5:15.  If you have a 6:00 shift, you will need to be in place by 5:30.

All Volunteers need to park at the cemetery.  No one except Trunk or Treat vehicles should be in the parking lot.  It will be completely covered with jumps, etc.

Trunk or Treat:  Vehicles need to be in their parking spot by 4:30-5:00, no later than 5:00.  You will need to be ready to accept trunk or treaters by 5:45 at the latest.  

Parking crew: Please arrive by 4:45-5:00.
